Y2

Year 2 are taught by Mrs. Spalding, Mrs. Hickingbottom and Mrs. Evans.

We are an enthusiastic and motivated class and our aim is to grow our minds and opinions of the world around us and be eager to attempt new things.

Already, we have investigated the weather and wrote our own version of the fable the Hare and the Tortoise. Soon we will discover amazing scientific facts about the uses of everyday materials and are going on to investigate animals, including humans. We are looking forward to our year ahead and the exciting places we will visit. Next we will be thinking about writing week and  creating descriptive  poetry.  During the final term we will be learning about famous people in history like Neil Armstrong and Amy Johnson.
